RNG cards like Four Leaf Clover and Grim Reaper’s Sprint have never appealed to me but they are options worth exploring if you’d like. The recommended distribution for The Tech Sniper Build is as follows: Body: 14 (+11) Reflexes: 20 (+14) Tech: 20 (+14) Int: 4 (+1) Cool: 12 (+9) I was looking for an initial build, I knew that I wanted a Sniper build and found this one. I had the initial problem of hitting the wrong button during level up and had more strength than I wanted, and picking the wrong cards, so I won’t complete my build until level 60+, but that being said things are going very well. So after a bit of studying, especially here at Fallout Builds, I think I’ve come up with a plan that might just get the job done based I the way that I like to play the game. Includes info on good perks to use this rifle in a sniper build. What perk do I take if I want to do this sniper build but play with a friend? instead of the 4 instances it is supposed to do. Or is Stealth only more so for Soloing?
